The Officer-Level Changes are Aligned with 3WIN’s Strategic Plan to Become a Public Company in the Near Future

3WIN Corp. (“3WIN” or the “Company”), a Tempe, Arizona-based global wholesale distributor of CCELL® vape products, announces the recent termination of its consulting agreement with BTLG Capital Advisors (“BTLG”) and Bryant Pike, who served as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of 3WIN after the Company’s acquisition of Serenus Global in late 2023. Following a brief transition period, the role of CFO will be assumed by Lanny Lang, currently the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Pike and Mr. Lang have developed a comprehensive plan to ensure the smooth transfer of all duties and responsibilities previously managed by BTLG. The board of directors extends its gratitude to Mr. Pike for his dedicated services and contributions to 3WIN.
In line with the Company’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies and focusing on our growth, including a goal of becoming a public issuer in the near future, 3WIN is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Kuzyk, MBA as 3WIN’s new Chief Strategy Officer (“CSO”), effective immediately. Mr. Kuzyk brings extensive experience and a proven track record in investor relations, corporate development, strategic planning, and the execution of complex business initiatives. Prior to joining 3WIN, he held key leadership roles at High Tide Inc. (NASDAQ:HITI, TSXV:HITI), Keyera Corp. (TSX:KEY), and Kinder Morgan Inc. (NYSE:KMI). He has also been the Principal & Owner of Meadowbank Strategic Partners Inc., a management consultancy firm focused on investor relations, since early 2020.
As CSO, Mr. Kuzyk will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to guide 3WIN through its transition to a public company. His role will also include identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, ensuring strategic initiatives align with 3WIN’s core values and long-term objectives, enhancing competitive positioning, and overseeing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
