CCELL® provides repairs and replacements under warranty for the following terms and conditions: 1. Defective and damaged products receive free repair or replacement within 180 days of the date of purchase. 2. Warranty excludes personal items or consumable attachments, including but not limited to metal adaptors and USB cables. 3. Warranty excludes non-CCELL® products. No. Under no circumstances should our products be used with tobacco or tobacco-derived products.

If you purchased a prefilled CCELL® cartridge, some of the extracted oil has been absorbed in the ceramic heating elements. After filling the cartridges, we advise oil manufacturers to let them sit for a while to allow the oil to settle. This ensures no priming and you can start vaping right away. In addition, when sealing the cartridges properly it can create air pressure which can lower the oil level.

Although it is recommended to use CCELL® cartridges and pods with CCELL® batteries for the best results, it’s not required.

We always recommend testing your oil with the standard 2.0 aperture hole cartridges to start. However, if your oil is more viscous, we recommend testing the other aperture holes that we have as well. We can provide an array of different aperture hole size options. Smaller aperture holes are recommended for thinner oil and larger aperture holes are recommended for thicker oil.

The main difference is that polycarbonate cartridges require an Arbor Press to cap and seal whereas glass cartridges simply screw on to seal. In addition, polycarbonate cartridges have two metal collars while the glass cartridges have just one collar at the bottom of the unit.

For glass cartridges, the most popular mouthpieces are black or white ceramic duckbill. For polycarbonate cartridges, the clear barrel or clear duckbill are the most popular.
