In compliance with state regulations, we evaluate every piece of hardware for heavy metals and refuse to use cutting agents and hazardous additives in our production process. All CCELL® products have a failure rate of less than 1% and your customers will notice the difference, too.

Authorized Distributor. CCELL® products are only available through an authorized distributor, like 3WIN Corp. Distributors must meet strict federal, state and company-specific requirements to distribute these products
Safety Standards. CCELL® and 3WIN Corp have received safety certificates from the following regulatory bodies: FDA, RoHS, FCC, CE, UL. All battery-containing products meet strict safety requirements for the production and transportation of lithium batteries in accordance with UN38.3, PI967 and SP188.
Medical-Grade Materials. CCELL®’s revolutionary ceramic heating element, batteries, and vape cartridges are produced with FDA-approved, medical-grade raw materials to ensure each product’s safety and longevity.
Strict Manufacturing Standards. CCELL® adheres to the strictest manufacturing standards. In addition to federal, state and international manufacturing regulationsc, CCELL® has exceeded manufacturing safety standards to receive GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 certifications.
