The LED indicator light will begin blinking as the charge cycle nears completion. Once the PALM is fully charged, this light will go out, indicating the battery is ready to use.

The PALM’s micro-USB cable is included with the unit. Simply plug in to an outlet or computer. Attach the USB and wait for the lights to indicate that your PALM is fully charged.

The PALM’s lifespan depends on the type and frequency of use. Quality lithium batteries, such as the ones in the PALM, can power performance to up to 300 charge cycles.

The CCELL® PALM is low-maintenance and easy to clean. Dampen a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and wipe down the contacts and inside the cartridge to clean.
The CCELL® Palm features LED light indicators that provide important information about its battery status. If the battery is low or dead, the LED indicator will blink 10 times and then turn off, at which point the Palm will stop working. When the device is charging, the LED indicator will remain on continuously. Once the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will blink 20 times and then turn off. This lets you know that the device is fully charged and ready for use.
If you’re experiencing issues with your CCELL® Palm, the manufacturer recommends trying a few troubleshooting techniques. First, try using a new cartridge and ensure that it’s a “bottom airflow” cartridge. Additionally, make sure that the magnetic adapter is threaded snugly, but not over-tightened, to help with potential airflow issues. If the issue persists, try using a different magnetic adapter. Another common issue that can cause problems with the CCELL® Palm is oil buildup inside the battery. To address this, clean the inside of the battery with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip, and also clean the cartridge in the same fashion if there is any oil buildup. It’s important to make sure that the contact point of the battery, as well as the cartridge, are completely clean. Even a very thin film of oil or debris can interrupt the connection and cause issues with the device’s performance.
