3 Win Corp. (“3Win” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mark Weber has been appointed to its Board of Directors following unanimous approval at the Company’s Special Board Meeting held on October 29, 2025. Mr. Weber will also serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, reinforcing the Company’s ongoing commitment to strong governance, transparency, and public-company readiness.
Mr. Weber brings more than three decades of experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, and corporate governance, including leadership as a former Managing Partner at Moss Adams LLP. His extensive background advising high-growth companies and overseeing complex audit and internal-control environments positions him as a highly strategic addition to the Board.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Weber worked closely with 3Win’s leadership during the FY2024 audit cycle, providing valuable insight into financial oversight, controls, and reporting enhancements.
