Chris Sinacori

Founder and CEO

Chris achieved success in his 20-year baseball career, including winning an Olympic gold medal in 1988. He used his “winning team” approach as a manager at Ewing Sports Fields and as a successful house flipping real estate investor. In 2015, he founded 3WIN, a leading distributor of CCELL, the top manufacturer of Cannabis vape hardware worldwide. Chris prioritizes customer relationships and takes a team approach to ensure 3WIN’s growth.
Jeff Sinacori

President

At 22, Jeff bought a convenience store in Wantagh, NY, which became NY’s #1 lottery retailer and later the top-grossing lottery location in the US. He then spent 13 years as VP of Retail Development Globally at Scientific Games, where he developed Strategies for a $180B lottery industry. Jeff trained 65% of US State Lottery Sales Reps and their marketing teams. Jeff left the lottery world in 2018 to join his brother Chris at 3WIN and now serves as the company’s President bringing his extensive knowledge of sales and marketing to the cannabis space.
Lanny Lang

Chief Financial Officer

Lanny Lang
Lanny joined 3WIN as a founding investor in 2015 and became our Chief Financial Officer in May 2022. With over 30 years of experience, he started his accounting career at Price Waterhouse and founded Lang Financial Services in 1992. In 1995, Lanny was one of the founders of Aztoré Holdings, Inc., which provided financial consulting and reporting to high-growth private and public companies and built a multi-million dollar investment portfolio over 23 years.
Kevin Rabe

Director of Logistics

Kevin is a Senior Distribution Operations Leader with 15 years of logistics experience, working for Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry. He joined 3WIN as the Director of Logistics to support the company’s growth in the expanding cannabis industry. Kevin ensures timely inventory availability, coordinates global material, and oversees warehousing services.
Joey Lemus

Director of Production

Joey brought over 30 year of print management experience to 3WIN from the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined as the Director of Production, where he develops new print processes and oversees print production to meet customer customization needs. Joey has a “let’s figure it out” attitude, helping customers stand out and be more competitive in the marketplace.
Triahna Johnston

Marketing & Customization Director

As the Director of Marketing and Customization, Triahna brings extensive experience in sales and marketing to 3WIN. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, Triahna joined the company in 2017 as their 6th employee. Prior to joining the team, Triahna worked as a retail sales manager, honing her expertise in customer service and communication. Triahna’s passion for the company and effective leadership practices informs her approach to every aspect of her work.

3WIN Corp was founded and the rest is history

Where it all began.

3WIN Corp is a privately-held business in Tempe, AZ, that wanted to provide companies with quality hardware for a reasonable price with the option for branding. Over 5 years later, we have continued to grow and serve customers all over the world.

3WIN Corp was awarded authorized CCELL® distributorship and received their 1st shipment of CCELL® products

CCELL® distributorship.
It was an exciting day in the 3WIN Corp office when we were awarded authorized CCELL® distributorship. This meant we could begin actual distribution of products across the world.

3WIN Corp attended MJ Biz Con as an exhibitor for the first time and their staff doubled from 5 employees to 10 employees

Staff doubles in size.

This was the year we attended MJ Biz Con as an exhibitor for the first time. In the cannabis industry, this is the #1 tradeshow in the world and is held every year at the Las Vegas Convention Center. In 2017, we also doubled our staff from 5 to 10 employees. One of our most exciting years at 3WIN Corp!

We saw the need for a new corporate office in the Tempe, Arizona area and followed through. With that new office came a new department that focused on in-house customization department.

Sales increased by 41% and 3WIN Corp exhibited at 8 tradeshows across the US

Sales increased.

3WIN Corp was blessed with amazing sales that increased by 41% in the year 2019. We also exhibited at 8 tradeshows across the US, getting our name to more and more businesses and expanding our network further.

The staff grew to 33 employees while also assisting and providing customers and the community with PPE during the COVID pandemic

We all felt the effects of the COVID pandemic and as our staff grew to 33 employees, we also wanted to give back. During the pandemic, we did our best to assist and provide customers and the community with PPE.

An exclusive 3WIN Corp disposable battery was launched and the company hit 70 million dollars in sales

The rise of The Phoenix.

We launched an exclusive 3WIN Corp disposable battery: The Phoenix. This battery was built with Rosin in mind. We also hit 70 million dollars in sales and celebrated our team’s success with a trip to Maui, Hawaii.
