Chris Sinacori
Executive Chairman and President
Chris achieved success in his 20-year baseball career, including winning an Olympic gold medal in 1988. He used his “winning
team” approach as a manager at Ewing Sports Fields and as a successful house
flipping real estate investor. In 2015, he founded 3WIN, a leading distributor of
CCELL, the top manufacturer of Cannabis vape hardware worldwide. Chris prioritizes
customer relationships and takes a team approach to ensure 3WIN’s growth.
Craig Snyder
Chief Executive Officer
Craig Snyder is a seasoned executive with
over 30 years of experience leading
high-growth technology and consumer
brands across public and private markets.
Before joining 3WIN in March 2025, he was
CEO of Greenlane Holdings and previously
held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Citibank,
and two startup-to-NASDAQ IPOs, Go2Net
and Marchex.A U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former Naval Officer, Craig brings deep M&A and P&L expertise—having led 20+ acquisitions and multiple successful exits—and a disciplined, mission-driven approach to scaling organizations and teams.
Jeff Sinacori
Chief Operating Officer
At 22, Jeff bought a convenience store in Wantagh, NY, which became NY’s #1
lottery retailer and later the top-grossing lottery location in the US. He then spent
13 years as VP of Retail Development Globally at Scientific Games, where he
developed Strategies for a $180B lottery industry. Jeff trained 65% of US State
Lottery Sales Reps and their marketing teams. Jeff left the lottery world in 2018 to
join his brother Chris at 3WIN and now serves as the company’s President bringing
his extensive knowledge of sales and marketing to the cannabis space.
Lanny Lang
Chief Financial Officer
Lanny joined 3WIN as a founding investor in 2015 and became our Chief Financial
Officer in May 2022. With over 30 years of experience, he started his accounting
career at Price Waterhouse and founded Lang Financial Services in 1992. In 1995,
Lanny was one of the founders of Aztoré Holdings, Inc., which provided financial
consulting and reporting to high-growth private and public companies and built a
multi-million dollar investment portfolio over 23 years.
Kevin Rabe
Director of Logistics
Kevin is a Senior Distribution Operations Leader with 15 years of logistics
experience, working for Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry. He joined
3WIN as the Director of Logistics to support the company’s growth in the
expanding cannabis industry. Kevin ensures timely inventory availability,
coordinates global material, and oversees warehousing services.
Joey Lemus
Director of Production
Joey brought over 30 year of print management experience to 3WIN from the San
Francisco Bay Area. He joined as the Director of Production, where he develops new
print processes and oversees print production to meet customer customization
needs. Joey has a “let’s figure it out” attitude, helping customers stand out and be
more competitive in the marketplace.
Triahna Johnston
Marketing & Customization Director
As the Director of Marketing and Customization, Triahna brings extensive
experience in sales and marketing to 3WIN. A graduate of Arizona State University
with a degree in Organizational Leadership, Triahna joined the company in 2017 as
their 6th employee. Prior to joining the team, Triahna worked as a retail sales
manager, honing her expertise in customer service and communication. Triahna’s
passion for the company and effective leadership practices informs her approach to
every aspect of her work.
Anthony Sinacori
National Sales Manager
Anthony received an Honor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. He began his distinguished career at 3WIN Corp in 2017 as the company's 4th employee. Anthony’s role in the organization grew over time from warehouse work, to sales, to a leadership role as the National Sales Manager. Anthony’s work ethic and tenacity help 3WIN reach new heights and achieve ambitious goals.
Seibo Shen
Head of Innovation
Seibo’s journey in cannabis began in 1997, when he built his first vaporizer and discovered the plant’s potential beyond recreation. Viewing cannabis as a tool for healing, mindfulness and human connection, he has spent his career advocating for responsible consumption, holistic well-being, self-care, meditation and intentional living. As Head of Innovation at 3WIN, Seibo develops healthier, more efficient delivery platforms that improve safety and user experience while advancing cannabis technology with integrity to support individuals, not just industries.
Seibo’s journey in cannabis began in 1997, when he built his first vaporizer and discovered the plant’s potential far beyond recreation. For him, cannabis is not simply a product, it is a tool for healing, mindfulness, and human connection.
Committed to holistic well-being, physical, emotional, and spiritual, Seibo has spent his career advocating for responsible consumption and using cannabis as a gateway to self-care, meditation, and intentional living.
He currently serves as the Head of Innovation at 3WIN, where he is focused on developing healthier and more efficient delivery platforms that elevate both safety and user experience. His mission is to ensure that cannabis technology evolves with integrity, supporting individuals, not just industries.
