The Alchemist V2 is built to give producers more flexibility at the fill line. Move between cartridges, pods, syringes, all-in-ones and other applications, with custom tooling available when your production calls for something different.
An all-electric system keeps the setup simple, while independent heating for the vessel and oil pathway, 10 adjustable speed settings, touchscreen controls and fine dispense adjustments give operators greater control throughout a run.
With a roughly 900 mL holding vessel, self-cleaning purge functionality and data logging built in, the V2 is designed to keep pace as products, formats and production demands evolve.

The Alchemist Filling Machine is a multi-purpose metered dose filling machine for heated oils. It is specifically designed for thick substances that require precise heat and precision dosing.
The Alchemist Filling Machine can dispense amounts as little as 0.1mL and up to 2mL, with options for either 0.05mL increments or even finer increments of 0.01mL. It has 10 speed settings, and tracks the number of units filled plus the time it takes to fill them. An average operator can dispense 1,000 0.5mL doses in 35 minutes, and 1,000 1mL in 45 minutes (speed is dependent on user).
The machine has two separate heaters: one for the holding vessel, and one for the tubing and syringe. Both can be independently heated to your requirements (not recommended for use over 110 °C.) The auto-purging feature provides easy cleaning and ingredient swapping. The holding vessel holds roughly 800mL.

Pack it up, slap on our pre-paid label, and we can request a pickup at your site – or just drop it off at a UPS center. You don’t have to worry about shipping at all in this 3-way trip. Our Master Technician, David Gonzalez will fly to your nearest airport and spend 8 hours in your lab. He can troubleshoot any down AFM machines you have and train your people in cleaning and minor repairs. You should try to book 2 weeks in advance so we can get cheaper Southwest Airlines tickets (at our expense). If it takes longer than 8 hours you can book another day (we’ll book a hotel at our expense and Uber to/from). You would need to pick David up at the airport and drop him off when the shift is done.
